It will cost you money to get rid of it. Singers were so well made that there is one in almost every household. The only singer that is highly prized is the Featherweight, working, in its original carrying case with all the accessories. They sell for 200 to 400 depending on condition and year.

Depends on the condition, the model, the accessories with it, whether it’s treadle, hand crank or electric, the type of cabinet it’s in. And whether it’s your day or not when you offer it for sale.

Treadles and hand cranks are currently going for more than electrics. 221s and 222s go for more than most other Singer models. A machine with intact decals and no pinrash goes for more than one that’s rusted and won’t run, or one with silvered decals. Etc.

Check ebay, etc; Most electric Singers in my part of the US (PNW) would go for $ 0-20; maybe a couple of hundred for a treadle in working condition with a nice assortment of accessories.
